There is nothing worse than a house full of sick kids and parents. ABOUT meg

Meg grew up in Connecticut and when she wasn’t busy pretending to be a mom, she was in the kitchen learning family recipes. She won over her husband, Alan, whom she met her freshman year at Stanford, with some very fancy homecooked meals. After working in finance and strategy for Gap and NBC-Universal, Meg returned to Stanford where she earned her MBA. Now with three kids of her own (Avery, 5; Brooks, 4 and Ryder 1), Meg’s husband doesn’t see too many of those fancy meals. But her kids eat very well! She believes good food is all it takes to make a friend, and she is grateful for all the friends she has made through her videos.

    would always use a plant
    Called "Llerba buena"
    (Not sure what it's called in English)
    but we grew it in the backyard and she would smash or boil the leaves and put it up against my ear in a cloth and omg ! I remember the comfort that brought me! Definitely the healing leaf !😌👍

  6. As a pharmacy student, I can confirm that half of these home remedies/essential oils do not work & it is important to go to your doctor/use evidence based medicine. I love your channel, but I'm sorry I cannot support this video.

  7. The vast majority of studies find that these treatments preform no better than placebo in comparative trials. If you continue to make alternative medicine videos, please include links to the studies which verify the claims being made in the video. Thank you for the overall great channel content!   12. I have been told that essential oils were VERY dangerous for children and pregnant women though!
    Don't know about the legislations in the US but it is strongly advised not to use essential oils for children and pregnant women in France

  13. I love essential oils. I truly believe it helped me on my TTC journey. I am now 28 weeks pregnant and still using some of my essential oils :) . I fully intend to keep on using once my son is here.

  34. I started taking probiotics after having to have two weeks of very strong antibiotics. I'm taking vitamins that have probiotics in them, they taste great, but also help with everything a growing child needs.

  49. My mom actually is an essential oil pro. She has so many oils and knows exactly what they do. The brand is doterra (sorry if I spelled it wrong) and a defuser is great. So look it up and check them out!
