EAT | Grilled Cheese Rollups + Homemade Ranch

A fun twist on an old classic, these grilled cheese rollups are totally delicious. I included 2 of our favorite dipping sauce recipes (creamy ketchup and healthy ranch) because if you roll, you gotta dip. Subscribe to WUM for new vids M-W-F!

– slices of bread
– shredded cheddar cheese
– refined coconut oil, butter, or oil of your choice

1) Warm bread in microwave for about 10 seconds. Using a roll pin, flatten bread.

2) Grease or butter bread. Sprinkle on cheese, avoiding edges, then roll up tightly. Secure with toothpicks.

3) In skillet, cook on low heat, covered, flipping as it browns.

For CREAMY KETCHUP: Mix equal parts mayonnaise and ketchup.

For RANCH: Mix 1/4 cup greek yogurt of mayonnaise with 1 tablespoon buttermilk. Add 1/4 teaspoon each garlic powder and onion powder. Add a pinch of dry parsley and a few grinds of black pepper. Snip in a couple of chives. Mix together.

Now with three kids of her own (Avery, 5; Brooks, 4 and Ryder 1), Meg’s husband doesn’t see too many of those fancy meals. But her kids eat very well! She believes good food is all it takes to make a friend, and she is grateful for all the friends she has made through her videos.
