  1. I make these, I didn't know they had a name! My favorite add ins are roasted sweet potatoes, sautéed kale and chopped apples with Asian ginger dressing- so so good!

  2. Hi Meg,
My mom shared me this recipe of homemade strawberry jam .I hope you try it!!
Add sugar to a small amount of water and bring it to a boil.
Puree some strawberries (or any fruit)
Pour the strawberry puree in the boiling water and keep stirring until it has the consistency of jam .
Switch of the stove and let the jam set for a few minutes.
    Your jam is ready.
You can add cinnamon powder for flavor.
(This recipe goes very well with raw mango)

  3. Hi Meg,
I know you meant no harm but some people are actually a little offended. I know you didn't create the name, but "Buddha" is actually sort of like a god to Buddhist. I would recommend finding the history of the dishes to at least show respect to those Buddhist

  5. I love these! I make something very similar often, only I keep it vegan and use a home made ginger-miso dressing. I warm the quinoa first most times and it's delicious! So glad to see this featured! :) Love your channel!

  6. Meg I really love u but I feel that you shouldn't call these Buddha bowls I feel like it is really offensive both because it contains meat and it has nothing to do with Buddha I hope u will either take down this video or apologize

  7. please change the name tho…. i like the recipes but it's not cool calling other religion's God for "super cool name" for food with meat in it…. please change it. i feel slightly offended because i'm a buddhist and i believe buddha bowls doesn't look like that. thanks

  8. Really disappointed that you keep using the name, I know you didn't invent it but please don't keep using it. It would be like saying I'm having a Jesus bowl tonight or an allah bowl tonight. Other people's culture/religion are not for white people to appropriate… Also chicken in a Buddha bowl? That's just disrespectful to the animal that died for your "needs" and Buddhism…

  9. quinoa isn't even mexican.. im pretty sure the indian one isnt very indian as well. why are you calling this a buddha bowl if it contains meat?
