Glass Straws:

Pepperming Smoothie
• 1 cup almond milk
• 1 TBSP hemp seeds
• 2 frozen bananas
• 1 tsp spirulina powder
• ½ cup packed spinach
• 15-20 mint leaves
• sprinkle of cacao nibs

1. Place ingredients into blender and blend.

Gingerbread Smoothie
• 1 cup cashew milk
• 12 soaked cashews
• ¼ cup greek yogurt
• 1 tsp maple syrup
• ½ tsp fresh frozen ginger
• 2 frozen bananas
• ¼ tsp nutmeg
• ¼ tsp cinnamon

1. Place ingredients into blender and blend.

Cranberry Smoothie
• 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
• 1/3 cup frozen cranberries
• ½ frozen banana
• 1 tsp goji berry powder
• 1 mejdool date, pitted
• 1 tsp coconut sugar

1. Place ingredients into blender and blend.

Meg grew up in Connecticut and when she wasn’t busy pretending to be a mom, she was in the kitchen learning family recipes. She won over her husband, Alan, whom she met her freshman year at Stanford, with some very fancy homecooked meals. After working in finance and strategy for Gap and NBC-Universal, Meg returned to Stanford where she earned her MBA. Now with three kids of her own (Avery, 5; Brooks, 4 and Ryder 1), Meg’s husband doesn’t see too many of those fancy meals. But her kids eat very well! She believes good food is all it takes to make a friend, and she is grateful for all the friends she has made through her videos.

  1. I've been watching this channel for years even though I'm not a mom and when she said that Avery's friend's name was willow I freaked out because my name is willow. Love you guys!
