  1. That's a killer workout…. Even with a pause for a diaper blowout and a toddler potty break. Lol Id love more… Especially incorporating babies and/or toddlers. If they nap at the same time I want to go something else lol

  2. just did it …amazinggggg workout i am a new mom 3months post partum and trying to loose belly fat. most importantly it was quick enough to get done during my babys nap but also worked out entire body. the moms in the background commenting like omg this is hard and stuff made it very relatable and i didnt feel like i was the only one in pain. nice job ladies would love to see more and some geared towards moms post cesarian.

  3. this was hard (9 yrs into motherhood of 2 and lost any shape i was once in….trying to start all over), but doable & short enough to make fit into any schedule. thanks -please more!
